If you’ve lost many or all of your natural teeth, dentures can help restore both the function and appearance of your smile. At Texas Brighter Smile, we offer custom-made full and partial dentures designed with advanced materials and technology for a precise fit that looks natural.
Tooth loss can affect more than just your appearance. It can impact your ability to speak clearly, and eat comfortably, and may even lower your self-esteem. Thankfully, through restorative care, we can help you regain a full, healthy smile. At Texas Brighter Smile, we specialize in offering both partial and full dentures to help you restore what you’ve lost.
Full dentures are designed to replace all the teeth along the upper or lower arch. They are made with multiple teeth attached to a gum-colored base and can be designed with either a closed or open palate. These dentures are typically held in place using natural suction, muscle strength, or denture adhesive.
Partial dentures, often referred to as partials, replace multiple missing teeth but are not intended to replace an entire arch. The replacement teeth are arranged across a gum-colored base and fit snugly between your remaining natural teeth like a puzzle piece. Partials are generally secured with clips or brackets and can be removed for easy cleaning.
For a more secure alternative, we offer implant-supported dentures. This involves the placement of dental implants — titanium posts surgically placed in your jaw to anchor the dentures. Whether you opt for an All-On-4 or an implant overdenture, you may need between two to six implants depending on your needs.
Once the implants fuse with your jawbone in a process called osseointegration, they provide a stable foundation for dentures that won’t shift or fall out as removable dentures can. This offers a more natural feel and appearance.
